Due to the handmade nature of the proucts offered, a slight variation from batch to batch is to be expected. Color shades may differ slightly than shown on website.

 

Any website photos that show prouct overflowing are strictly for presentation. We do our best to keep the product containers consistant, but at times we change container shape or color for cost effectiveness. We want to be able to offer the lowest price possible to our customers.

 

Jars and bottles have a capacity size as well as net weight size. Due to the product the weight may differ. Extreme heat or cold tempertures while prouct is in transit can cause products to change net weight, but at time of shipment all products are filled to the listed weight.

 

All sales are final due to the nature of the product. We do not accept returns or refunds. Customers are responsible for all customs and duties due.

 

All scents are described in detail according to the scent make up. There are no refunds because the scent you order is different than what you perceived. Please read the description of the products you order.

 

If you live in a warmer climate or are ordering during the summer months when tempertures are warm, please note that Treasured Distinctions is not responsible for items that get hot on postal trucks, mail boxes, or cars. Please be diligent in tracking your packaage so your order will be attended to when delivered. Some products are heat and cold sensitive and will melt or freeze if left unattended for long periods of time.
